GCSE EXAMINATION SUCCESS FOR ST. MARY’S

The Principal of St. Mary’s Grammar School, Magherafelt has described this year’s GCSE examination results as “outstanding”.

Expressing her delight in this year’s set of results, Ms Gillespie commented: “The results achieved by St. Mary’s students this year are quite simply outstanding. The hard work of students, the dedication of staff and the support of parents and guardians are suitably rewarded by this success. I am so proud of the achievements of these young people. I congratulate each of them and encourage them to maintain their excellent efforts in the pursuit of future goals.” Ms Gillespie reported that a staggering 98% of students achieved 7 grades at A*/C, impressively, 64.3% of all grades were A*/A.
