ST. MARY’S PUPILS TOP OF THE CLASS IN GCSE EXAMINATIONS

The Principal of St. Mary’s Grammar School, Magherafelt has expressed her delight at the news from CCEA that a number of pupils at the school have been included in the exam board’s 2018 list of top-performing students at GCSE level.

​Pupils who received placings studied a wide range of subjects, including DA Science, English Language, French, ICT, Irish, RE and Spanish.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in guiding these exceptional pupils throughout their studies,” said Ms Gillespie. “Their outstanding results are evidence of the excellent work that is carried out in our school and of the support offered by their parents and families.  I offer my warmest congratulations to all our top candidates and to their teachers who helped them to achieve the highest levels of performance in these important qualifications.”
