A huge thank you to our Year 13 students who have raised £810 in our annual Charity Fundraising Campaign.

The money, which was raised through a raffle and a coffee morning, will be donated to charities to which some of our students have personal connections. The following five charities will each receive £162:

  • Alzheimer’s Society National
  • Autistic Society
  • Charis Cancer Care
  • Diabetes UK
  • Childrens’ Heartbeat Trust

Speaking about this year’s fundraising campaign, Mrs McGee, Head of Year 13, commented: “I am delighted with the effort made by Year 13 students this year to raise funds for charity. Each of the five students who nominated a charity has a story to tell about that charity. We don’t need to know the story; we just need to know that the charities are important in the lives of those students, their families and friends and so we are happy to offer our support.”
