Always tell if someone is making you feel uncomfortable, confused or scared.
It is important to know how to keep yourself safe. If someone is neglecting you or hurting you it is important that you tell someone. Do not be afraid to say "No" if someone asks you to do someone asks you to do something, which makes you feel uncomfortable.
If you or someone you know is being abused in any way, tell an adult you can trust or speak to your school counsellor. There are many organisations who can help if you or someone you know feels unsafe.
