Finance Officer
Overview
To provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the Bursar, Principal and Board of Governors. This includes managing the school purchase ledger and contributing to the effective financial administration of the school. The role also involves general office duties, acting as visitor receptionist and assisting with broader financial tasks as required.
Personal attributes
It is essential that applicants have:
- GCSE passes including Mathematics and English (Grades A-C).
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or relevant qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a busy finance office.
- 3 years’ experience of managing a purchase ledger.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, or equivalent office packages.

Salary from £28142 to £29540 per year
