Year 13 Careers Health Event June 2024

What a wonderful evening we had recently, as we hosted over 80 health professionals and university students who shared their professional experience with 200 Year 13 students from St. Mary’s and schools in the surrounding area.

Year 13 students had an opportunity to learn more about a wide range of health careers, observe the use of professional equipment, and to talk to university students about their health courses. Representatives from QUB and UU were present, as well as local volunteering organisations who talked about the volunteering opportunities available to young students. Thank you to all involved in this fantastic event!
