Pupils across all key stages in St. Mary’s recently enjoyed cookery demonstrations delivered by Patricia Mitchell from the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC).

As part of these demonstrations, pupils developed an understanding of food provenance, quality assurance, the versatility and convenience of beef and lamb, and the importance of these within a balanced diet.  All pupils got to sample the delicious dishes prepared by Patricia.
