Annual GCSE Pupil Celebration 2026
The GCSE Celebration & Awards Ceremony was a wonderful occasion, bringing together pupils, parents, staff and guests to recognise and celebrate the achievements of our Year 12 pupils.
The afternoon provided an opportunity to reflect on the hard work, determination and resilience demonstrated throughout their GCSE studies, while acknowledging the successes they achieved along the way. Guest speaker Mary Angela Taylor encouraged pupils never to underestimate their abilities, to work hard in all they do, and to remain open-minded to the opportunities and experiences that come their way.
A range of awards was presented throughout the ceremony, recognising outstanding academic attainment, exceptional progress, commitment to school life, and valuable contributions to the wider school community. Pupils were applauded for their dedication, perseverance and willingness to embrace challenges, qualities that have helped them achieve their goals and prepare for the next stage of their educational journey.
The afternoon was a proud and memorable celebration of success, highlighting the accomplishments of a year group that has much to be proud of.
A special congratulations to all pupils who completed their Key Stage 4 journey in 2026, a fantastic milestone worthy of celebration. We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished and wish them every success as they embark on the next exciting chapter of their journey.
